step 1: cut chicken into pieces of squares and marinate with spices and garlic

step 2: cook chicken on cooker and burn it a little so crispy and nice

step 3: after chicken is cooked u put aside and chop some nice onion

step3: use onion on cooker and with ghee or butter until nice and crispy

4: add the ginger garlic and other stuff then fry briefly

step 5: add the spices and use salt for a few seconds until nice aroma smelling

step 6: insert tomato based sauce such as: pasata, can tomatoes, tomato sauces, tinmato puree with added water, marinara sauce, fresh tomato, tomato ketchup, and cook it well until it changes to deep red color

step 7: throw in lots of double fat cream and stir intensely

step 8: add chicken back in and let cook nicely

step 10: use rice and curry on a plate and throw some coriander leaves on top

step 11: naan bread
